1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tc666 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

tc666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2Eligibility

To register and use the tc666 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. tc666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including during account verification (KYC). Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a third party or corporation.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must hold a valid payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank account, or international card) in your own name for the purpose of deposits and withdrawals.
• You must not already hold another active account on the tc666 Platform. One account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.

tc666 takes its age verification obligations seriously. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended and any funds held pending further review. tc666 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above.

3Account Registration and Security

Each eligible person may hold only one account on the tc666 Platform. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without refund of any balance.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your tc666 account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any other person. tc666 will never ask for your full password by email, SMS, or live chat.

• Notify tc666 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account protection, which is strongly recommended.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• tc666 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Account Verification (KYC)

tc666 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention standards. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National ID, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal processing delays or account suspension.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tc666 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tc666 does not charge platform fees on deposits. Transaction fees charged by your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your bank) are outside tc666's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit on tc666 is ৳100. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. tc666 reserves the right to refuse deposits made from third-party accounts. Accepted deposit methods include:

• bKash — instant mobile banking, Bangladesh's most widely used payment method.
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office digital wallet, accepted instantly across all 64 districts.
• Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard — subject to availability and processing times specific to each method.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-source rule). tc666 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval during business hours.
• Card withdrawals (Visa/Mastercard) may take 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank.
• tc666 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on large withdrawals, which may result in additional processing time.

5Bonuses and Promotions

tc666 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions specified at the time the bonus is claimed. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is clearly stated on the individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements.
• tc666 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already credited to your account remain subject to the terms in force at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method unless stated otherwise.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus structures through matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic patterns that tc666 determines to be bonus abuse may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom.

tc666's VIP programme rewards are governed by their own specific tier-level terms, which are communicated to eligible VIP members directly. VIP status is awarded at tc666's sole discretion based on account activity, deposit history, and platform loyalty.

6Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

tc666 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of automated software, bots, algorithms, or scripts to place bets, farm bonuses, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Opening, operating, or funding multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any purpose, including circumventing bonus restrictions.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting personal information during registration or KYC.
• Any conduct that tc666 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its player community.

Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and bonus funds, and reporting of the conduct to the relevant authorities where tc666 is legally obligated to do so.

7Responsible Gaming

tc666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders — receive alerts when you have been active on the Platform for a defined period.
• Cool-Off Period — temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion — permanently exclude your account from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 12 months.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the tc666 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of tc666 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from tc666.

The tc666 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of tc666. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any trademark, trade name, or logo of tc666 or any third party.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tc666 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform. Specifically, tc666 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from gambling activity, including losses resulting from interrupted gameplay due to technical issues beyond tc666's reasonable control.
• Losses caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any delay or failure in performance of the Platform resulting from causes beyond tc666's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet disruptions, acts of government, or force majeure events.

10Account Termination and Closure

You may close your tc666 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

tc666 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation. Where an account is closed due to a breach, tc666 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation.

11Privacy and Data Protection

tc666 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at tc666.asia/privacy-policy and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

12Amendments to These Terms

tc666 may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of posting. Where changes are material, tc666 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and tc666, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected] so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. tc666 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full response within 14 calendar days.
